To assure that the workers have full level access, a cantilevered and bridging scaffold was built to minimise the amount of scaffold at ground level.

The scaffold installed functioned as a height access solution, cantilevered work platform (birdcage), and a landing platform for additional swing stages to be later installed on the building.

As a cantilevered structure, the scaffold minimised material and ensured clear access for pedestrians below, while providing the required large working platform at full height.
